Chief Advancement Officer Miami Country Day School, an independent, coeducational learning community with approximately 1,380 students in pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12 seeks an experienced, thoughtful fundraiser with a proven track record to serve as its next Chief Advancement Officer (CAO). Reporting to the President and Head of School, the CAO will oversee all aspects of fundraising and lead the school’s efforts to secure annual, capital, and endowment support and strengthen its growing culture of philanthropy. With belief in the school’s mission and promise, the CAO will help shape the strategic direction of Miami Country Day School and facilitate a new era of fundraising and constituent relations. This will be accomplished through the creation and oversight of a comprehensive, goal-based, strategic development plan and the cultivation and stewardship of meaningful relationships within the community.
