St. Pius X Catholic High School opened in 1958 as the first high school in the then newly established Diocese of Atlanta. Today, the school has nearly 1,100 young men and women, more than 130 faculty members - 80 percent of whom have advanced degrees, and nearly 14,000 alumni and benefactors.
The school’s mission is to provide a college preparatory education for the formation of the mind, body, and spirit of each student in accordance with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. From its rich traditions, outstanding academics, award-winning fine arts, and nationally recognized athletics program, you will find a school dedicated to young people and creating a firm foundation for their futures. The school is accredited by Cognia through an archdiocesan-wide process.
