The school is seeking an entrepreneurial professional to provide leadership and management for CCES’s auxiliary programs. The successful candidate will join a welcoming, diverse and equitable community to lead the development and expansion of extra-curricular programs for children.
Position Description
The Director of Auxiliary Programs reports to the Assistant Head for Finance & Operations, with direct support from the Associate Head of School, and creates strategic direction and oversight for auxiliary offerings including:
Marketing and managing all summer programs
Overseeing the operation of the Extended Day program
Collaborating with the Athletics Office to coordinate offerings and field/facility use for students in the Lower and Middle Schools
Identifying, coordinating, and overseeing rental opportunities for school facilities
