Summary of the Position:  The Montgomery Academy Lower School focuses on the development of the whole child.  Our world languages and cultures class will serve students in Grades K-4 and lays the foundation for the work that students will do in the Middle School and Upper School world languages classes. Summary of the Position:  The Montgomery Academy is seeking a skilled, dynamic and experienced swim coach to oversee the effective administration and growth of all aspects of the swimming program. The Head Swim Coach position is not a full-time position unless combined with another administrative or teaching duty at the school.          Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analyze, demonstrate, and explain basic skills, knowledge, and strategies of swimming.
