The classroom teacher is responsible for organizing and implementing an appropriate instructional program in the primary, elementary, or secondary learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential and prepare them to thrive in college, career, and life.

Members of the Springwood faculty should be comfortable speaking with students about the Christian faith leading in prayer and integrating a Christian perspective in their classroom presentations. This position serves as a member of the school faculty and reports the Director of Academics.
