Director of the Landmark Fund

Landmark Christian School's Office of Giving and Alumni Relations announces an immediate search for an experienced fundraising professional to fill the role of Director of the LANDMARK FUND. The Fund enables Landmark teachers to create amazing learning opportunities for every student that tuition alone can not address.
 
The ideal candidate will hold at least a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of hands-on institutional advancement experience at either the independent school level or in higher education. Join our dynamic team of professionals, to continue building a highly personalized annual giving program that exceeds $1 million annually thanks to the kindness and generosity of the school's parents, grandparents, alumni, parents of alumni, and friends.

Duties will include:
  • Champion a robust annual giving program, i.e. the Landmark Fund
  • Conduct (75 to 100) personal visits per year with assigned constituents
  • Plan and execute a targeted strategy for each constituent/constituency
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a volunteer cabinet that supports the growth of parent participation in the Landmark Fund
  • Develop an alumni reunion-giving program
  • Participate in and/or help to create stewardship events that recognize the school’s charitable donors
  • Work with the Advancement Assistant to learn Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge database functions critical to the Landmark Fund’s operation.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor.
