Head Coach and Assistant Athletics Director

Hutchison School (Memphis, TN), a leader in girls’ education, is searching for an exceptional Head Lacrosse Coach/Assistant Athletics Director to build on the program’s championship legacy and develop the next generation of student-athletes. Located in Memphis, Tennessee, Hutchison is dedicated to academic excellence and the parallel development of mind, body, and spirit.

With nine state championships and a reputation as one of the top lacrosse programs in the South, Hutchison is looking for a visionary coach who can inspire and mentor student-athletes while upholding the school’s commitment to integrity, discipline, and excellence. This role offers the opportunity to lead a competitive varsity program while also cultivating talent across grades 3-12, overseeing camps, and providing skill-development opportunities that empower girls to succeed on and off the field.

QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to experience as a student-athlete and/or a proven coaching track record, the ideal candidate will:

- Develop and implement a clear, strategic vision for the lacrosse program at all levels.
