Job Summary
Lake Highland seeks an Associate Director of Primary Grades to assist the Director of Lower School in supervising the day-to-day operations of approximately 450 PreKindergarten - 2nd Grade students. This position works closely with the members of the Lower School leadership team to implement the school’s vision, mission, and initiatives. Key responsibilities include supporting research-based best teaching practices, partnering closely with students and families, evaluating faculty and staff, and assisting in disciplinary matters.
This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.
