Job Description

High Point Friends School, an independent Quaker preK-8th grade school in the triad (NC) is hiring a Director of Enrollment. Celebrating our 60th anniversary in 2023, we are a progressive school on a lush wooded campus, in the heart of downtown High Point.

Job Description:
The Director of Enrollment is a member of the administrative team and reports directly to the Head of School. They manage all aspects of recruitment, admission, re-enrollment, and consult in the financial aid process. The Director of Enrollment works closely with the Head of School to plan and implement successful programming, marketing, and communications, intended to attract a diverse mix of students to High Point Friends School.

We seek a candidate who has:

  • A commitment to the inclusive mission of Quaker schools and HPFS in particular.
  • Experience working at the decision-making level in admissions in an independent school, with a record of successful communication, marketing, recruitment, and enrollment results.
  • Integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong presentation, writing, and organizational skills; must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • A high level of energy and ability to work on many tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excitement to build a strong enrollment foundation and create a future-forward process for growth.
  • Sense of humor and patience are always appreciated!
