Job Description
Lake Highland's Lower School seeks a Physical Education (P.E.) teacher to perform related teaching tasks and functions such as planning, curriculum alignment, live instruction, assessment and record-keeping in an efficient and effective manner. The ideal candidate is also interested in coaching opportunities.
This is a full-time, fully-benefitted, 10-month position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.
Education/Experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or the international equivalent
- Must have a college major or be certified, or working toward certification, in the area of study for which they are responsible the major portion of the day
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in the field of Physical Education/PreK – 12 is required
