The Head of Upper and Middle Schools oversees all areas, and serves as the goto leader, for the Middle School (grades 7th - 8th) and Upper School (9th - 12th). The Head oversees all faculty in the two divisions and is responsible for mentorship, faculty development and evaluation. In addition, the Head is responsible for student health, wellness, and discipline and serves as the primary contact for parents of students in those divisions. The Head of the Upper and Middle Schools reports directly to the Head of School and serves as a key member of the School Executive Administration Team.
