Job Description
Palm Beach Day Academy seeks a Middle School English teacher to begin teaching in the 2023-24 academic year. Qualified candidates will have experience with and demonstrate skill in teaching: the writing process, speech and presentation skills, and literary analysis. Flexibility, creativity, a sense of humor, strong work ethic, and a commitment to being a collaborative team member are all critically important.
All applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in English or a related field. A minimum of five years teaching experience at the middle or secondary level is preferred, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with integrating technology into the curriculum, and a passion for working with children.
