Director of After Care and Summer Programs

Fayette Academy is seeking a Director of After Care & Summer Programs for the 2023-2024 school year. The Director of After Care and Summer Programs will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and administration of all before- and after- care and summer enrichment/academic programs including summer school for credit recovery. 

The specific duties of the After Care and Camp Vikings Coordinator include program development and management, carrying forth prudent fiscal management, evaluation and retention of appropriate staff, and marketing and communication with families. S/he will provide a safe, nurturing, and well-supervised after school program; be the liaison with parents, collaborators, school management, volunteers, and visitors to display the site and the program positively. This position is responsible for planning and development of the creative learning environment, establishment of interest centers, and preparation of needed materials and supplies.
