Fayette Academy is seeking a Director of Technology for the 2023-2024 school year. The Director oversees security of systems and network information; facilitates IT security audits or investigations; and develops/maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers. The Director is directly responsible for overseeing the development, execution, support, and evaluation of the technical infrastructure on campus. The Director of Technology is responsible for managing licenses and subscriptions as well as configuration for all school affiliated Apple devices (iPads, Macbooks, TVs). They will work closely with FACTS, Technology Lab, AppleCare, GoGuardian, E-Rate, Google, Microsoft, and Alexandria. This is a hands-on position with responsibilities that range from strategic and long-range planning and implementation of systemwide technology solutions, to providing one-on-one, and group training and support.
