An elementary lead teacher at The Raleigh School must have received at least a Bachelor's level degree from an accredited four-year college, have current or pending certification with the State of NC, and/or a degree in Elementary Education. Significant experience is also required. Candidates must be willing to partner with parents and work collaboratively with colleagues.
