St. Martin’s Episcopal School seeks a culturally competent and responsive candidate to coordinate all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function including but not limited to billing, collections, cash receipts, and customer relations. This is a full-time (normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm), Exempt, benefits-eligible position reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations. The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Coordinator reconciles and defers revenue accounts and recommends streamlined processes and procedures to improve the quality of customer service, invoicing, and collections. This position is part of the Finance team serving an organization with 150 full-time and 50 part-time/seasonal employees.

Under the direction of the Director Finance & Operations, the A/R Coordinator provides duties including but not limited to the following:
Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business administration, accounting, or other finance-related field. A Masters or further training or certification like a CPA is preferred. Working knowledge of Blackbaud Financial edge and NXT strongly preferred.
