The major responsibility of the position is to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program according to the guidelines provided by the O’Neal School curriculum which guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Have knowledge of, uphold, model, and communicate the mission of The O’Neal School.
