OVERVIEW Reporting to the Director of Enrollment, the Associate Director of Admissions assists with the overall admissions process and understands the independent school marketplace in Charlotte and how Charlotte Prep is distinct. The individual must be detail-oriented, dynamic, and relatable. The successful applicant will build and nurture relationships with prospective families, work with teachers and supporting staff, and manage event logistics with grace and poise.
