Palm Beach Day Academy is seeking an Elementary teacher for the 2023-24 school year. The candidate chosen for this position will plan and implement the curriculum using a variety of teaching approaches within a co-teaching model. Knowledge of Teachers College Readers and Writers Workshop and a strong phonics background is essential. The candidate must be able to incorporate project-based learning that is student-driven and use a Responsive Classroom approach when addressing the social and emotional needs of students. Flexibility, creativity, a sense of humor, and a strong work ethic, as well as enthusiasm for being a committed team member, are all critically important.
