Darlington’s Director of Athletics is responsible for contributing to and advancing the culture and strategic vision of Darlington athletics. Beyond management of the Upper School athletic programs, the Director of Athletics must see themselves as the leader of all athletic programs at Darlington, beginning with physical education class and after-school activities in the Pre-K to 8 Division and extending to our strength and conditioning programs and 23 varsity teams in the Upper School. Reporting to the Head of School, the Director of Athletics is a key member of the school’s leadership team.
