.    Lower School Counselor Job Description                 Description: Mt. Bethel Christian Academy, located in the heart of East Cobb, is seeking a full-time Lower School Counselor for students in Junior Kindergarten through 5th Grade. In addition to providing spiritual and emotional support through monthly classroom guidance lessons, the LS Counselor provides individual/group counseling sessions for students focused on personal concerns, conflict resolution, behavior management, and family issues. Positive, organized, collaborative, and self-directed, the ideal candidate is a team player who can effectively balance serving the needs of students, parents, and school personnel.
