Degree/Education: College graduate degree required in area or related area to job description and responsibilities. School leadership experience is desired. Description/Responsibilities: The Counselor reports to the Heads of Lower School and Middle School, and is a consultant to the administration and a member of the LS/MS leadership team. The school counselor is a vital member of the team in the education of the whole child. The school counselor serves as a resource for proactively cultivating the mental health of the learning community.
