The Manager of Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll Administration provides direction and ongoing support for any and all human resources and payroll needs of the School. The ideal candidate for this position will possess very strong analytical skills and will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to payroll and benefit management to offboarding, while ensuring compliance with HR regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
